HISTORY:[/color][/b] Chuck was born in Alabama. He was the younger brother of Cindy. His mother, Debora took a maternity leave from her practice and spent Chuck's first years at home. He had a regular childhood. He had two parents, a sister, and a dog, named Sammy. Chuck loved Sammy and Sammy would protect Chuck from any danger.

Chuck began school in Alabama and stayed there for his kindergarten and first grade years. A few weeks into his summer, his father got a promotion that involved moving. His father was going to be way high up and they had to be near the company's headquarters. His family couldn't take Sammy with them. Chuck through a big fit and cried. He told his parents that they couldn't give away Sammy. His parents decided to leave Sammy with Chuck's grandmother. His Nana promised him that she would keep Sammy safe.

Chuck started his new life in Los Angeles, California. He was seven and his sister was thirteen. She absolutely fell in love with the place. Chuck, on the other hand, hated it. He didn't like being in a giant city. He much preferred his little town in Alabama. So, every school holiday that was at least a week, his parents would fly him down to his grandmother's house. He got to keep all of his old friends and see his dog.

Chuck continued to live in Los Angeles until he was fourteen. By that time his sister was already in college and married and had a child. He was just about to start high school. He pulled up a flyer for a good school in North Dakota. It was in Bismark. His parents sent him to it. When he was a sophomore his dog died. He was so devastated.

He loved North Dakota, but Bismark was really to big for him. So, after high school he moved to a more remote town. He decided on Forreston. It seemed like a pleasant place to live, so he headed out. He bought a cheap apartment and some furniture. He got a job at De La Belle Rose as a waiter. After a year murders began to happen, but he couldn't afford to move. Since then, Chuck has been trying to save enough money to leave this place.

He has a slightly built body. He works out, but it's not all that noticeable. He stands at five feet ten inches.
PERSONALITY:[/color][/b] Chuck is an easygoing guy. He isn't one to start a fight, because he's a pacifist. He likes to talk things through. He is somewhat protective over his loved ones. He usually isn't a talker, but when he does talk it's quiet. He's rather soft-spoken.
